With more than 15 years of experience in property management, I bring a wealth of industry knowledge, leadership expertise, and a genuine passion for helping property owners protect and grow their investments.
Having worked in customer-focused roles since my teenage years, I've always enjoyed helping people and building strong relationships. That passion eventually led me to property management, where I've built a rewarding and successful career.
I entered the industry in 2010 as a Property Management Coordinator and quickly discovered my passion for the sector. Since then, I have progressed through a variety of roles including Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Trainer, Training Manager, and Team Leader. This diverse experience allows me to confidently support property owners through every aspect of managing their investment.
I am passionate about delivering outstanding service, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring properties are managed professionally and compliantly. I’m known for my attention to detail, practical approach, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for property owners and tenants alike.
As both a property professional and investor, I understand the importance of protecting your investment and providing peace of mind. I appreciate the trust owners place in their property manager and never take that responsibility lightly. My firsthand experience as an investor, combined with more than 15 years in the industry, allows me to provide practical advice and insights that help property owners achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to two daughters and enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether that's relaxing at the beach or seeking out new food experiences. My eldest daughter has also followed the property investment path, which is something I'm incredibly proud of. I have a passion for travel and enjoy exploring new destinations with them, particularly when it includes attending live music events and festivals around the world.
